3M training course at Teb Novin Company was managed by Daniel Makol, 3M manager of AWC division, from December 18th-21st, 2011.
Attending the first session of training were sales representatives of Teb Novin General Distribution. The session started with information about 3M products, capable of being sold in pharmacies and drugstores. All attendants were given samples of the products and became familiar with indications, methods of appliance and benefits of each. Also, the problems of the market of Iran were discussed different approaches were proposed by both parties.
The second session of training was held for Teb Novin marketing team on 3M specialized products, like advanced wound care products. During the session, many discussions arose around similar products existing in the market, and Daniel tried to intensify the benefits and advantages of 3M products.
Some other activities during this short trip were visiting the market of medical equipments and Mehr and Sina hospitals as two customers of 3M products.
